Debra Ruddell is a Certified Professional Career Counselor, a Global Career Development Facilitator, a Resilience Practitioner, and a Certified Neurodiversity Professional. She earned a Master of Science Degree in Counseling Psychology from Mercer University and has been practicing since 2011. Although there is much overlap in her certifications, the largest difference is her approach, which is a Cognitive Behavioral one based on her client’s goals, career assessment results, best-fit scenarios, and transferable skills. With several years of experience consulting and collaborating with Georgia Tech and Mercer University graduate and undergraduate students, plus alumni, Debra developed a specialty for assisting professionals in the technology industries.
