Services and Career Packages

Packages may be customized to fit individual needs. Before the first session, I encourage you to check my calendar link to schedule a FREE introductory consultation by phone for up to 30 minutes.

All packages require a 50% deposit to start, 50% due prior to third appointment. Hourly Momentum Counseling available as needed once a package has been completed, at a reduced rate.

Young Professional/Career Direction

3-4 appointments: Learn how to apply your knowledge, skills, and abilities to search for best fit career options. Career assessments will be offered to form a foundation on which to build a job search strategy. Email support between sessions. Prices start at $112 per hour with a 10% discount on 3 or more sessions.

  • Clients expected to complete career assignments as needed.
  • Industry resources and/or College resources provided.
  • Target Company List, Elevator Speech, worksheet, & Interview Cheat Sheet provided for efficiency.

Career Transition

4-7 appointments: Accelerate your career transition by applying an efficient job search strategy (with guidance) to know the best steps of succession (how to get where you want). Both short and long term goals included, with certain career assessments to validate a good fit decision. Email support between sessions. Fees – Contact me to discuss a bundle option.

  • Hours may be used in-person or virtually, including services outside of sessions, such as document editing.
  • Develop career goals as part of an action plan.
  • Clarify your company values, transferable skills, and vision for future career advancement.

Spiritual Gift Application

4-7 Appointments:  Basden/Johnson Gifts Assessment, Aptitude Assessment, plus application of results for either secular or faith-based or nonprofit occupations. Email support between sessions. Contact me to discuss bundle options.

  • Define and Identify each Spiritual Gift, plus application.
  • Discover 7 different groups, plus3 different categories that relate to skills, talents, and gifts.
  • Learn about how our unique design is usually reflected in a combination of these groups.

 

Leadership Development

5-8 Appointments: Focus on marketing yourself for a promotion and/or how to become a better Leader.

Prepare to pursue a promotion with guidelines, a promotional resume, a Bio, in addition to marketing yourself. Contact me for bundle options.

  • Are any professional development courses needed? Professional Membership(s) are a must.
  • Upgrade to an Executive LinkedIn profile page.
  • Provide fundamental services and coaching to help you maximize your leadership potential, plus increase your influence and growth mindset.
  • In-Depth MBTI Leadership assessment and report.

 

Federal Government Transition

Career Assessments range individually from $45 up to $150, with bundle options available.
Writing support for Resumes, Bios, LinkedIn Profiles, or Cover Letters $70 per hour.
One targeted “Laser” session, $95 for the topic of interest.
